Make a Donation Capital Campaign

Oasis – A Haven for Women and Children has a New Home – and it’s all thanks to our Capital Campaign

Each year the demand for our educational programs and basic need services has grown. Finally, by 2007, it got to the point where we had completely outgrown our original church basement facility. This made it necessary for Oasis to find a new home.

In March of 2008, we moved into a beautiful, brand-new facility where we can help more women and children in need. We are now able to expand programs and services to enable us to meet the needs of an estimated 600 women and 300 children each year, which includes serving over 50,000 meals each year.

Capital Campaign Project Description

Oasis’s new headquarters is 23,760 square feet, professionally designed and constructed on a half-acre of land. The building is three stories tall and organized by program to facilitate efficient service delivery. We now have areas designated for adult education classes, children’s programs, food services, and clothing distribution.

Oasis will remain a family-focused organization with the capacity to sustain our current programs, as well as meet the needs of tomorrow. Through our programs, impoverished women and children gain confidence in their potential and the tools and motivation to increase the quality of their lives.
